I don't put girls on a pedestal. I regularly go to the gym. I finished teading a book yesterday. So that's wrong. Also, I think we may be coming into this with different underlying assuptions. I personally believe that a) All people have equal value as human beings, be they fat or thin, pretty or ugly, alpha or beta. That does not mean that I would be as happy with someone I don't get on with as someone I do b) There is no inheret value in success, and the only value that can be attributed to it…

I don't think that relationships should be viewed as "you have value for me, I have value for you", and any women who thinks that can go screw themselves. However, I equally think the obsession over men needing to provide value to get the valuable women they want is equally wrong. Relationships based on value crumble as soon as either one partner 'loses value' or the perception of value changes. On the other hand, a relationship based on love and respect has far stronger foundations. Maybe you'r…

First, no, that is sexist and untrue. Secondly, is your view seriously "why don't any women want to have a relationship with me, except all the women who want to have a relationship, who I'm going to dismiss out of hand, life is so hard for men getting a relationship"? Or do you just see a relationship as an accomplishment in life, not something you take part in with another person for mutual benefit? I really am confused atm.

I know plenty of women who are just as capable as any men. I know that nobody's perfect, and women have dificulties, but men do as well. I just feel as if this sub embraces all of the dificulties men have in relationships (e.g. the need to be in control, the need for sex etc.), but sees women's difficulties as either things to be manipulated (the need for emotional closeness), or as bad habits that need to be changed (reluctance to have sex); instead BOTH genders need to be willing to compromise…

Yo, honest question here, as I don't know much about TRP. Are you happy with your life atm, because tbh I'm class A beta, but I'm legit enjoying my life enough that I really don't think it's worth it.

OK, this may be a stupid question, but what's wrong with having a relationship with somebody that's not based on permenantly trying to assert dominance over the other, and instead seeing each other as people, and forming a relationship based off mutual love and respect. The only LTRs I have ever seen work happily are those where both people trust the other, and know that they themselves are valuable to the other people, and so all they need to do is love the other.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
