Ultimately, it's the difference between dragging you ass to the gym three times a week when you don't really enjoy it, and doing a sport or workout that you really look forward to. It's possible if you have discipline, but it will be so much easier to maintain if you find some enjoyment in it. Try some new things, say yes to opportunities, get out of your comfort zone.
