Idk what the weight is but I remember the 18-30 bracket having an average BMI between 24 and 25. For a 5’9” guy, that’s like 160-170lbs and I’m assuming that would still be a skinny fat physique since most people are sedentary. However, that’s still much different than a body at 200lbs

That’s just the national average too. Living in a bigger metro will have you seeing some fat people but also a lot of fitter people. Going to a rural town or more remote suburb will have you seeing some VERY big people though.
