It's a great post filled with useful tips for men to become more socially dominant, don't get me wrong, but nobody should stop improving their looks. The halo effect is real. Looks can turn any neutral trait or slightly negative trait into a perceived positive one, and people will in general will be happy when they look at you, unlike unhappy when you're physically unattractive.
