Guilty until proven innocent is exactly how the courts react 70% of the time. I’m another comment I told about how I was falsely accused of not rape but threats and abuse by a angry ex and the court took her side regardless of proof and evidence I had until she didn’t show to court knowing she had no proof and I did, finally they dropped the case but I still had to pay court costs and lawyer fees AND she never got charged with perjury (lying to the commonwealth attorney) or never got a bench war…

I love women. This happened to me way too long to type here but I was accused of abuse, death threats and property damage by a mad chick and the cops believed her with no evidence so I was arrested then released on bail and spent 6 months on probation while fighting it, finally they dropped it when she never came to court but with my proof of everything they gave her every benefit of doubt.

She never showed up to court the first time and instead of realizing she’s just abusing the system to get back at me they continued it every time and would say well we will give her another month to get herself together to come in all the while I’m still on probation not allowed to leave my house or 50 miles of it and had to watch my back in a grocery store because if she was there, no questions asked, I’d be arrested. He is VERY lucky it ended up just being dropped. I had a case somewhat similar that a girl lied on me and after 6 months of strict probation, $3,500 in lawyers/court costs, 6 court dates and several pending felonies on my record they finally found out she was lying and dropped it. Yet I still had to pay for the lawyer and court costs and they wouldn’t dare try convicting her of perjury (lying in court and making false accusations).
