Aside from cheating on him -- love and honor do not cover the behaviors that the typical unhappily married guy are looking for. People who keep bringing this up are using an argument that is the perfect example of a covert contract. What was agreed to in the marriage vows does not cover everything that the husband is expecting to get in exchange for going to work and paying the bills. In fact, going to work and paying the bills were not in his marriage vows either. The marriage vows argument aga…

The point is that the "if" does not match the "then." The husband in this scenario believes that the wife will treat him will because he goes to work and pays the bills. That's not what gets you good treatment from a woman. "I will cook, clean, and have good sex with you regularly" is not a part of marriage vows.

I think that all covert contracts are some variation or another of the Just World Hypothesis with the idea being that if I do X then justice will be done in that I will be given Y.

I feel like the friend zone scenario being so common makes it an exceptionally strong example to use because of how instructive it is and how much most men can relate to it. It's such a simple situation to describe, but it's extremely deep when it comes to illustrating places where men go wrong and how to really understand how attraction works.

There are some women who are capable of being more than competent in jobs dominated by men. However, they tend to be in the minority, and most women in these positions tend to be on some major bullshit. For example, look at women who are into programming and other tech fields. For every one of them who works their ass off trying to improve, there are probably 50 or more who do not and who come into positions that they do not deserve because they have a vagina. This creates resentment against the…

I like the idea of the behavior of women creating cognitive dissonance in men. I mean, even if you think of the classic friend-zoned guy scenario where he sees the girl he likes fucking assholes when she says she wants a nice guy, it fits perfectly.

Men can live without women, but that doesn't mean that he wouldn't he happier fucking the dog shit out of a small rotation.

For men who are looking to get away from these types of behaviors, my suggestion is to focus primarily on the covert contract that each of these 11 things have at the core of the situation. A few examples: With #1, "Nice Guys are givers," and with #2, "Nice Guys fix and caretake," it's usually actions that expects some kind of reply in return whether it's attraction from a female or respect from other people. This makes your giving inherently selfish, and it shows in how your frame is affected. …

I agree completely that it's a learned behavior. Staying with the red pill/blue pill analogy, however, a lot of men are so much a part of "the matrix" that I don't think they'll ever unplug. I have a friend who is going through his second divorce that's almost a wash, rinse and repeat of his first, and he won't listen to shit.

The covert contracts are the key to a lot of this kind of shit, and in a lot of ways, it's the distinguishing feature between alpha and beta behavior. For example, two men can do the same exact thing but in completely different ways to get completely different results, and it's usually because one of them has a covert contract and one of them does not. It completely changes the frame that they operate from and the context of what's happening.

Understanding how things work normally is the starting point you need before you can make adjustments for the changes that different types of birth control. It's worth nothing that being on hormonal birth control doesn't exclude women from these behaviors, but it does dampen their effects to a sizable extent.

How's it beta to know when a woman needs a cock crammed in her the most?

It's roughly two weeks after the first day of their period.

This is exactly it. Being horny in general is nothing like ovulating. When a woman is ovulating, she has a hunger for cock that's just like what your hunger for food would be like if you were absolutely starving. And if you aren't filling that gap, then someone is. Moreover, if you're looking to escalate a woman to some really dirty shit, then this is the time to introduce her to it for maximum success.

If you are involved with a woman whether she's a fuck buddy or a girlfriend for any substantial amount of time (a month or more), then it's highly advantageous to know her cycle. It will tell you when to avoid her (when her period starts), when to have a higher alpha:beta ratio than average (~2 weeks after her period starts), and when to have a slightly lower alpha:beta ratio than average (~3 weeks after her period starts) for optimal results. Moreover, some women have extremely off-the-wall beh…

You basically just said "you don't need game as long as you use game." This does not compute.

A major part of TRP is taking the nature of women (and ourselves) as they are in reality instead of what they are in some fantasy scenario that we have been fed by outside sources so that we can use effective, reality-based strategies to better succeed. Whether this is having better success with women or better success with life in general, the same principle applies of dealing with reality instead of the fantasy world. With that having been said: While I think that there is something to be said…

Happened over about 18-24 months. She gained that much weight by sitting on her ass in front of the computer all the time and eating like shit all the time.

You're not going to have enough value to keep the relationship together if you do this unless she has huge pressures to stay faithful to you AND you are lucky.

My ex was 4'11" and went from 90 lbs to 150 lbs. Her version of what happened is that we agreed "to break up mutually." My version is that I told her she had 6 weeks to show me she was going to make a change, and she didn't.

Hey I just want to say good for you for A ) putting some value in yourself and sex with you, and B ) standing up for yourself against these people.

I completely agree, but a lot of women need somewhere to start that's easy enough haha.
