No you did a perfect job at citing your sources it's just that the media normally dont release everything they know about a subject. Although citing the CDC or another agency tasked with those subjects is generally a better option for something like a disease.

Yo so the top tier could beat the average Joe sure but the average Joe could beat every above average woman. Also I have known plenty of "top tier military women" I served in the navy and saw both marine and army women and every one of them that I saw could not stand up to their male peers. This thing about women being strong for the most part is a lie you have to look at the exceptions while we men don't have to.
