If they don't lower or adjust any standards for them for these roles, then I'm fine with it. But how is your average female soldier, who already qualifies under lower standards, suppose to carry a full grown wounded man, his gear, and her gear off a battlefield? Yeah, there are exceptions to every rule. But overall, it's been shown that women just don't operate as well as men at certain things. This includes combat.

Not a military man but I come from a line of them. I think that execution for desertion or refusal to follow orders is perfectly acceptable. but If the troops were under supplied, under fed, and under paid? I think that plenty overshadows any refusal on their part. You can't expect a demoralized group of men to go out and duke it out with fanaticals. They do deserve punishment as a matter of principle, but not execution. Their commanding officers are the ones to blame here.

Female genital mutilation isn't the same as circumcision for men. Banning it for religious reasons violates the First Amendment of the Constitution within the United States. Even if what you say is true that few men chose to do it, some still do, so it should still be a choice. While to some it may seem unnecessary, circumcision has been a common practice for a very long time. Reminds me of growing up with my mother. She would constantly spew feminazi rhetoric around me and my younger brother. It's not unreasonable depending on the court and how biased the opinion of the jury is. Obviously there wasn't any physical evidence. But it boils down to who they believe. And most courts lean towards the woman on a lot of issues.
