9	Based russia. She does deserve 9 years if that's Russians standard punishment for this particular crime. By judging everything on your own standards and morals alone is poor judgement. You need to take time and location into account. Morals and standard were very different 100 years ago. Russia has strict drug laws, no different from the US 50 years ago. You wouldn't be gay in Saudi Arabia and you wouldn't insult the government in China. You follow the law of the land, your opinion means nothing.
