1	Anyone else think "for women" should be dropped from the description? It's not a fight for equality if its FOR one or the other. A lot of this information seems completely unrelated. A lot seems copy and pasted actually which is no argument at all. "I have been seeing woman"? "Consider the strong feelings"? You can suggest that employing woman may have done this, and I'm not saying you're wrong, but there's no evidence to suggest that's correct and there's plenty of competent men working in those areas. I don't know how you can defend any employment discriminating anyone of any race. You say they have a shortage but are willing to turn down white men, no wonder theres a shortage right? I couldn't agree more, and in places like the UK (my home) the Police will purposely go out of their way to employ everyone who's not a white male.
