Men ignore conventionally unattractive women (they aren't even on their radar), so they assume that all women are privileged in datingThis is it. The crux of the problem. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/11/24 09:12 PM
Most Women Use Dating Apps Like Men Wish They CouldHmmm, this is a pretty good point. The design may just be built for a different audience… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/11/24 08:58 PM
I'm really confused about MensLib take here.Basically Menslib is a Feminist group with a Christian mindset. You are allowed to praise and discuss their bible. But if should you doubt it, you will suddenly hear “REPENT SINNER” and die suddenly. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 05/11/24 08:22 PM
Why is racism the line most misandrists won't cross?Although slightly off the beaten track of feminism itself, I think this video really shows off that black stereotype problem. Ami Horowitz: Do Voters ID Laws Suppress the Black Vote? https://youtu.be/DCytgANu010?si=gGkxjDZhRbiH2AjW First they ask white people if the laws suppress the black vote and why, then they go to Harlem and ask them if those reasons are true. It really helps emphasize the infantilization of people who may be in a minority group. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 03/09/24 03:01 PM
How to respond to “who set that system up?”?Basically trying to dismiss patriarchy is like trying to convince a zealot that his god isn’t responsible for all the motion in the universe. The Patriarchy™️ is both a vast, incomprehensible system and a day to day choice for those who use the argument. The ONLY way to break such a mindset is to expose them to something that shakes their faith in the idea to its core, and that is not easy to do as it requires priming the person then having something that resonates with them and them alone. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 22/08/24 02:00 PM
What's the deal with r/menslib?I didn’t get banned, but they removed my response to a comment on the basis of “semantics.” They said I could advocate for egalitarianism, but couldn’t compare it to feminism. WTF does that mean? From what I could tell, I am allowed to “advocate” for things, but can’t suggest some things aren’t covered by feminism. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 10/08/24 01:45 AM
R/menslib feels like so weirdIt’s like putting a Protestant, a Catholic, and an Islamist into a single room and telling them “don’t doubt god’s words.” There are FUNDAMENTAL differences between the three people, and you can’t have constructive dialogue if you can’t point out something doesn’t resonate. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 10/08/24 01:09 AM
R/menslib feels like so weirdYeah, they removed my comments on the subreddit on the basis of “semantics.” Apparently people are allowed to say feminism is anything they want, but you can’t even hint at the possibility of what it isn’t. They told me that I can advocate for egalitarianism, but not question the usage of feminism. If there is a possibility your comment hints that feminism isn’t the only thing good in the world, they delete your comments. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 10/08/24 01:02 AM
