I think the defund the police stance is the significant movement related to policing - and knee jerk aside - it's essentially a call to get rid of rogue cops/immunity and demilitarizing the police. It's really uncomplicated. Okay to defend a woman unconditionally if you are 100% certain she is not the aggressor or caused the situation. All other scenarios women are 100% the same as a man and the situation needs to be evaluated rationally. This logic applies as well in reverse.
