Jack was a pusher for equal representation, which isn't quite the same. He also refused to stack his cabinet if the qualifications and experience weren't there, regardless of gender. I know because we talked about it when he was running for MP in Toronto—Danforth. 5	Workplace gender equality There were plenty of male applicants, but the female applicants were better qualified by a ratio of 8:1 In my experience, this is the most likely possibility. I've worked for 2 employers with female-dominated workplaces (~90% and 85%) where most of the work was clerical in nature and involved C-level communications. A friend of mine has recently put the male search for female companionship to me thusly: "Find the least fucked up girl possible, and keep her."
