From when I was a young boy all the way into my mid-teens (until I finally got a car), my own mother did this to me and I was not allowed to leave her sight at the same time. Whenever I stood up and said that she was taking a long time and that I was hungry (it wasn't uncommon for me to get to the point where my stomach had a sharp pain and I was dizzy; a bodily state you should never reach according to a pre-med plate about a year ago), she would lose her shit. "I'M SORRY! BUT I NEED TO SHOP"!

Not only does going for the girls that are attracted to make things easier, but I read on another TRP post that the women you are attracted to the most (the ones that give you erections just by being near them or ones that have a face you could look at all day) are usually attracted to you the most as well. Biology isn't my forte, but I believe that our bodies instinctively know when we find a good mate for our set of genetics.

I needed to hear this after applying for multiple jobs. Rejections are coming? Bring it on.

Golden advice. Einstein's quote, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't know it well enough" is an excellent rule of thumb when it comes to studying. Try to get to the point where you could explain it in an extremely simple matter. Another thing that has worked for me quite well is taking in the information in as many forms as possible, simultaneously. Rather than just read information, you can do things like write stuff down while talking to yourself. That way, not only will it go to your m…

Women are so hard-wired to be extremely selective when it comes to sex that they won't even hint at anything sexual in conversation if they're not interested in it. Speaking in terms of evolution, if she did so in the presence of a Beta, she runs the risk of holding weak offspring in her for 9 months.

My two best "friends" from high school (we're all 21 now) have always viewed me as the omega, WoW player that I once was. After swallowing TRP and doing some self-improvement, things are beginning to take shape for me because I have developed some honest confidence and clear goals for myself. They, however, are all about "living it up" now while they're young; one of them failed out of college and had a child at 19 and the other gave up on a business degree because he didn't want to "waste time"…

This reminds me of the saying, "the opposite of love is not hate; it's indifference." If you're experiencing these shit tests, then she is on your mind.

the women you are attracted to the most are also most of the time attracted to you the most I was thinking the same thing as it has usually been true for me. Whenever I get an erection around a certain girl (i.e. Your body recognizes a good mate), she usually gives strong eye contact and or other IOIs.

I'm Hispanic and it is the exact same thing with women of my race; they all hate me because I don't act like the stereotype (I.e. I "sound white" when I speak).

As long as its genuine desire and you're not causing anybody harm, then, in my theory, it will help you brain rewire to real human beings and not pixels on the screen (because this is what you're trying to avert). Make sure the fantasies are realistic too and you are imagining yourself doing things to her (pulling her hair, pinning her down, slapping her ass, etc.).

(I gave this exact same response to another comment, but I wanted to make sure you actually got it) I haven't exactly cut it out completely, but I'm rather in the process of changing the habit. Since you're asking me this and have tried NoFap, you probably have an addictive personality just like me. This is actually a blessing in disguise because you change where you get your dopamine burst from (such as something productive to you). Unfortunately, according to The Power of Habit by Charles Duhi…

I completely agree with you: if you're into nerdy things because you're genuinely passionate about them, then you shouldn't give them up because they are your driving life force. They are the thing that makes you wake up in the morning and have a purpose as a man (otherwise, you are valueless). But for me, I played World of Warcraft so much that I nearly didn't graduate high school on time because I never studied. I'm still into nerdy things (I'm studying computational mathematics, enjoy public …

The friend that he hangs out with the most is somebody that failed out of college, had a child at 19 and literally flew over 1000 miles just to drive with a girl he's been orbiting since he was 16 (leaving his kid back at home). All of his other friends in the past were much lower SMV than him. Today, most of his friends are above average SMV but nowhere near his level. He also resents guys in fraternities more than anything, saying they are "douchebags."

I can completely relate; either the woman is taken back by surprise and likes it (especially older women for me), or she'll be the biggest bitch in the world. One time, I was in a store and asked a girl where the bathroom was and she snapped, "You shouldn't sound like that, you should sound like a girl instead", then stormed off and didn't even help me.

Robert Glover, the author of No More Mr. Nice Guy, once said that Nice Guys are like "teflon men" because nothing can stick to teflon but rather slides off of it. Instead, he advises us to show our rough edges because that actually gives people something to connect to.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
