What can be done about the gender education gap? I think the start is to raise awareness. Mostly awareness that it is not a good thing for anybody. Thanks for that view from the US. My boys in fact all went through school in Germany, I had to learn their system as we went along which may have put us at some disadvantage. I know Germany had to put a lot of effort into flying all their citizens out of New Zealand. Italy has 163,336 female doctors, and 210,713 male doctors. (43/57%). Even with 70% of male victims: To get to 96% on the back of those proportions would be EXTREMELY unlikely. I am saying that I like an unarmed police force like I grew up with. You used to have to be about 6ft tall to get in. Occasionally such officers will have to resort to their truncheons, and heads will get cracked. But for the longest time we kept our streets gun free. I like it like that. Putting comparatively weaker women on the force is begging for trouble. You have to give them tasers and guns because they can't manage otherwise. We used to be proud that we could feed up our lads like that.

What an enormous waste of time GOT was. Half of it lifted straight from Wagner - who avoids both rape and body counts - studiously. And even the greatest dramatist, ever, found it hard to convince us of a certain young lady's rage and freakout. We Germans, at least before Christianity took a hold and wiped out our culture, were extremely protective of our own women. We had some fairly impressive punishments for this kind of shit too, watching one of those must have had a lasting effect.
