3	I Need to Get My Son Away from His Mother Dangg.. I think the first step is to get a legal divorce. This is just IMO. If you are legally separated and you can prove in court that your wife is not a suitable mother, then you could get away with full custody. I'm not a lawyer, so I can't give you any legal advise. I can only tell you to keep fighting for your son and to keep doing the same thing. However, I can ask some legal type questions: You say she left you, are you officially divorced? Is there no way to file an appeal on the custody ruling? That basically means I teach a mandatory class all freshmen take on how to be successful at school. At training, we learned about inclusive language. But I know some higher ups in the administration (I used to be on the Student Board of Appeals and the Student Government). This is, frankly, ridiculous.
