Bruh I know from first hand experience that looks are not the only thing. In my beta days I lifted, sat around 10-12% body fat and was the quarterback for my football team. Did I get females? I was beta af and my confidence was terrible so I went through high school a virgin. Girls would eye fuck the shit out of me all the time. Girls would approach me all the time. But because of how beta I was I didn’t get a single female. Like it’s been said else where looks will open the door easier but it i…

I agree. I always try to be there for all my friends because I prize friendship more then everything. But because of that, losing so many friends very quickly is hard

That's fair. But what are qualities that a good friend would do? Just like how this sub has its Alpha and beta traits, what are traits that promote good and healthy friendships?

Noobie here, but I'm wondering if breaking eye contact with a female is a lost cause. While at the gym today, I noticed this HB8 checking me out and staring at me. Me being the noobie I am broke eye contact as a natural reflex. My question is is this girl even worth pursuing now? Should I approach her tomorrow? Or am I now that one beta guy that broke eye contact with her so now I have no chance?

Establish the mentality that whenever a challenge or adversity presents itself, instead of feeling more nervous and anxious, you feel more excited and can't wait to attack it

Also remember to be dominant and use kino. Have you read the escalation ladder? If not I recommend it, its something useful and worth knowing

If someone falls on you it's a lot harder to get back up with them still on you. Ditch that sucka. You're 16 so can you make friends at school? Maybe just start up a conversation in class or start doing an after school activity or something. You shouldn't spend to much time with people always bringing you down. You're surroundings tend to become you, so surround yourself with people worth being around

In my experience I don't go out of my way to please a female on a date I just go out on dates to have fun and the female comes along. You won't catch my going to dinners and stuff because to me it's super rehearsed and really boring. Instead I do things I would enjoy with or without the female. For me, this is things like going to the zoo, museum, Minnie golf, whatever. When I'm just there having fun period it's hard to be uncomfortable

On a side note, what would be the right way to answer this question if an actual plate asked this. Would you ignore it and then just shift the conversation?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
