You found your solution, work out and jerk it if you feel like chasing girls. While you arent doing one of those start investing and saving money and read some books like "the intelligent investor" "rich dad poor dad" "the manipulated men" basically mgtow/investing books.

You should go and read some books like: the intelligent investor, poor dad rich dad, richest man in babylon, manipulated men etc, learn investing, and start working out. Improve yourself like the people here after they have swallowed the anger. Most who come here come with anger and leave with self improvement. And why shouldn't you improve yourself? To make the best version out of yourself op. No one else will and can do that for you.

Dont forget to keep reading red pill stories/watch red pill youtubers like coach greg, darius, entrepeneurs in cars, really good. Dont force red pilling on others, if you see they are in a bad place after dealing with women maybe clarify then, but dont start throwing them around. MGTOW is wide, there are people who go monk, people who go for pump&dump, people who go for short relations, whatever fits you. As long as you distance yourself from the women, and not become emotionally attached.

If you arent sure what to do, read books, read guides, maybe watch some videos (from multiple people, not the "20 and millionaire by stock trading" kinda guys) and read on for a bit, maybe also head to /r/personalfinance or stuff like that. Can be done on app/pc/laptop whatever you prefer. It actually isnt that hard, you just gotta know some basic rules.

Im 20 (soon to be 21) just recently found the red pill and mgtow. I'd say younger people find this because of either: divorded dads (my case) divorced uncles (also me) or friends whos parents are divorced. Or just the thought why the nice guys never get the girls, and the bad guys do, and why society pushes men to be the good guys. Like i have been pushed to believe. Everyone has a different story in how they came here, how they treat MGTOW, and what they do with it.
