This was about 10 years ago when I was in college, didn't really keep in touch with the girls. No it's just not something you do, the cop is just going to look at you like you're an idiot then you have to go in front of a judicial system that is biased to the rights of women as opposed to men in this situation. She could have just as easily said that he was trying to rape her then it becomes a he said she said type of situation.

I've had two friends who have been passed out drunk where a woman has taken their pants off and got on top of them just to wake up and be like what the fuck. I had to physically remove a girl from a room my friend was sleeping in because he was so shit faced he couldn't get her off him it was really a what the fuck moment for me and the girl acted like she had done nothing wrong. If this had been a guy he would have surely had the cops involved.

I had a friend in college, he got way too drunk passed out and a 6 foot 220 pound woman decided she was going to get some dick and at that time went into the room he was in and tried to rape him. He woke up and couldn't do anything but be pinned down by this woman, the only way that it stopped was that we MADE her friends go in there and drag her off of him. If we had been too drunk or passed out as well he would have been the victim of a rape. True story.
