Where there's no physical injury, nobody gets a sentence. It's so sickening cause, MRI machines can spot concussions easily, and yet, they don't employ those. And why not just trust her word or keep him away from society until proven innocent, at the very least? You're on the wrong side of justice.

Toddlers can't lie, their lies are very obvious. Likewise we can't lie to aliens. Sure, psychopathy is an exception, but ignoring that, lying successfully is a function of relative brain size differential; the bigger the better. Look in the comments; I had dropped some 5 links. By legal, i mean, the punishment (if any) for those acts is a slap on the wrist; illegal but not enforced, so pretty much legal basically.
