To answer your question: Yes, you can. The long answer: We could spend hours and make hundreds of posts in this thread discussing the superiority of one type of training to another but I don't think that's the point. My virtual hat (not a fedora) id off to you sir for finding the urge to better yourself physically. Due to your medical condition, I'd recommend finding a competent personal trainer (could be at your local gym) and pay them to develop an exercise plant tailored to your situation. Ex…

Buying land (with small house) in Poland was something I was considering some time ago. I grew up in Warsaw - the capital but I do know enough about Polish... let's refer to them as "village people", to understand that although I'm the same nationality as them, I'll always remain an outsider in their eyes. Poles, especially those from smaller towns and villages have a very strong in-group preference. If you're not a straight white catholic your life is not going to be easy. Anyway, thank you for…

If nobody else is living in your property in Poland, you could rent it for extra income. I would but my siblings still live there. In time, they may buy out my share thus increasing my savings a bit. I'm planning a motorbiking trip to mainland Europe this summer. Perhaps I'll drive through the Czech Republic and stay there for a few days.

I already have permanent residency status in the UK and I'm in my way to holding dual citizenship (Polish and British), so I will be able to stay in any EU country and post-Brexit Britain.

As a man born and raised in Poland I can wholeheartedly confirm this.

Thanks for the tip. Found it for less than 8$ on eBay and got a copy. For anybody else interested, go here.

Forgot one very important thing: the language. For an English speaker, Polish is quite difficult to learn but it can be done. You just practice, practice, practice.

I grew up in Poland, so I can only give you advice on that country. To give you some background on my perspective: - I finished my education there (Bachelors Degree), worked for a few companies, had romantic relationships with Polish women. I was still very blue pilled back then. - Almost 10 years ago I emigrated to the UK and I've been living there since. After about 5 years in the UK, I took the red pill on women, government, economics, etc. On Polish women: Polish women are as hypergamous as …

In my country, there is a little joke involving God, Adam and whammen. In Polish, the default curse word for most people is "Kurwa", which can roughly be translated to "Whore". ...I wowczas slowo stalo sie cialem." My best English translation: "Adam was happy in paradise, however one day, during …

The term "conservative" implies that a person or group of persons using such a label is attempting to preserve or conserve something. This could be tradition(s), an ideology or something else. I don't really get what exactly is Gen Z trying to preserve. Can anybody here elaborate?

I'm familiar with Mr. Donovan's writngs. I have read most of his books and web articles. I share his view on today's western society - it's too far gone to be saved, it needs to collapse (in some way or another) and then be rebuilt by groups of men, who will sift through the ashes of the old and carve out new nations, cultures, and so on. This has alway been the way that nations / empires have been formed. You're probably familiar with a meme (it was posted on here some months ago): "Hard times …

They aren't really "evil", they are just what they are. Would you call a mosquito "evil" for stinging you and sucking out your blood? It's neighter good nor evil, it's simply what it evolved to do to survive and propagate its genes. All the behaviours we see on display in the human female have been evolved for the same purpose and for ... who knows how long. I know it's very frustrating to see and hear about such behaviour but remember that human females do not have an honor-based morality like …

Nice bike. I probably wouldn't fit on it though. I'm kind of... restricted to mostly really tall bikes. The Annoying Polack in all his glory :D

Can I Identify as a 69-year old?I'd like to start receiveing my state pension and retirement money. I'd also like to have the option to buy a property deemed as only for over 60's, which is cheaper due to goverment subsidies. I'd also like to make use of the many many price reductions on services and some products available to seniors. I don't want to work for more than 30 years to get those. After all I feel old, very old. We all know that it's the feelings that count not facts or something as …

I'd say do it and do it soon. I'm approaching my mid 30's and I don't have much time left in boxing or any martial art (you can compete in the amateur leage up to 40). Please consider learning from my mistake and don't hesitate. As I wrote in the earlier reply, noone will take care of you but yourself if you are a man. In that situation it's best to be physically fit well into your old age.

It's great that you made that choice. Remeber that noone will take care of (or for) you other than yourself. If I can make a suggestion: train for something more than fitness / looks. Consider joining a boxing / kickboxing / mma gym. Learn to fight and compete as an amateur. That type of training will make you really fit. I'm training to compete in the amateur boxing league. It makes a great difference to your physique and also gives you mental focus and fortitude.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
