Fuck teaching in the modern British environment. I quit for the private sector and never looked back -- and am watching many experienced (mostly male) colleagues do the same. Just make all competitions open. Close sex-segregated leagues. Make the EFL and the Premier League open to male and female players, and let every player naturally end up where their abilities take them, with commensurate pay. If a woman plays at a Premiership standard, she deserves Premiership level pay. If she plays at a League Two standard, she deserves League Two pay. Any of these "world class" players should surely support this, unless there's something they'd rather not admit.
