That's not always true. Before I moved from the last town I shared an apartment with an Air Force gal, and she was awesome. We're still besties and hang when she comes back Stateside. Some can handle it, but I'm finding that a lot can't.

Her logic was seriously flawed. The landlord asked me if I had a license, because she suggested that I didn't have one and her uncle could take them because of it. Fucking stupid cunt (a word I only reserve for the worst of the worst). This state doesn't even require registration, let alone licensing. Well, I don't know if it's a lesson the landlord learned or not. I have very little control over who's allowed to move in, but I basically said no more chicks or I'm moving out. Considering that I've been his longest tenant, and a very reliable one at that, he was inclined to agree. He had chicks in here before, and every time, drama. He wants to say no more waitresses, but I won't put up with any women at all.

I've met a handful of single moms, and it's a toss-up either way. This one had a nice beta all lined up, but she decided to fuck some other guy in his house. At least he had enough self-respect to not tolerate it. The landlord was pretty much thinking with his penis when he let her in here. At least he was smart enough to take the slow play and frame up when she started her shit.
