Didn't the human rights watch report on male prison rape point out that more men are raped in prison than women are raped outside? edit: take that back the summary of hte HR article looks wrong. wikipedia and a few other sources seem to be taking HR watch's total figure and using it as a yearly. But the HR watch summary isn't that clear...

The problem is that these days a HIGHER level of credibility is automatically given to the women's testimony and less scrutiny placed on her. Women have anonymity so if they have made similar claims in the past it might not come out. Men have no such favors.

As I say below, all she did was trust her partner. She does not deserve to pay for this for the entirety of her life. Same thing with my friend. But the argument is always made 'You know that sex can lead to fatherhood/(aids) therefore you consented to all the possible outcomes when you had unprotected sex'

She knows anybody can have HIV. As I say above, my friend was told by a woman that she was on the pill and if she got pregnant would and had in the past had many abortions. I would argue he deserves what happened to him only as much as these women deserve what happened to them. (I don't think these women deserved what happened to them)

The reason I ask is because these women did only what my friend did. - They trusted their partner. She said she was on the pill and that even if she did get pregnant she would have an abortion. And then 2 months later was pregnant. The guy is now paying for this for the rest of his life. You could argue that HIV is a death sentence. But I know people who contracted HIV in the 80s who are still alive today. Sure it is a hardship in the same way that working to support a psycho woman who has latch…

So the article mentions four hypothesis. Men much prefer younger women and women older men. I've seen this a lot. Men will bang anything but women are choosy. Yup again very common Women are caring. Check But number 3 (women should be much more forgiving of men cheating )while it makes complete sense and I have never seen this in western societies. Some people question why there are posts on here which show insanely bad female behaviour. That we shouldn't be female bashing. But these stories should be on here when in many countries the woman knows NOBODY will be able to doubt her just because she's supposed to be a fragile and innocent woman. If you look at harriet's wikipedia page you can see about the so called equality bill she has pushes affirmative discrimination which has been shown to be purely discrimination But why are ... There are certainly less women who do mathematics and science - which lead on to investment banking - at university. So yes, it is possible that there are fewer women qualified to be investment bankers.

?????? No she doesn't explicitly say that. But she is and has been banging on about equal pay with no regard for the simple fact that men sacrifice more of their lives to their careers. If you go into any bank or hedge fund you'll see that men and women are choosing to do different jobs. You'll also notice a lot more women leaving at 5:30.

Exactly. These people actually DIED and yet the government's only focus is on women who are trafficked into the prostitution industry. But most irrationally it hopes to solve this by putting 100% of the responsibility for knowing if a woman was trafficked onto the men who use the prostitutes. There was a famous example last year of 21 chinese cockle pickers who had been trafficked into the country and died in the sea. Despite hte fact that prostitution is legal in the UK, this year we have the government introduced laws to punish anybody who uses a prostitute who turns out to be trafficked. Reading through the numbers, only 8 = 2.9% of the surveyed women had EVER bumped uglies with an uncircumcised guy. Of this 'worth asking' group, 1% or > 1/3 preffered uncirc, 1/3 either and presumably 1/3 circ. I'd say thats slightly positive for the uncirc guys. Also how are 55% of women speculating about the smell differences when only 2.9% have ever met one? Think this survey shows people aren't worth asking

Right, they are ignoring the obvious - less men take 5 years out of work to raise their children. But I was looking at the figure they quoted and it didn't indicate bias to me. In 12 of 25 job of the job categories looked at there were fewer women in the top jobs. Doesn't this mean that in 13 out of 25 jobs there are more women in top jobs?
