Bodyweight fitness is only comparable if you really work out lol. Doing some push ups is not working out at the same level as lifting, you have to really go for it. Military style workouts like burpees and bear crawls are better examples

So gotta disagree on this one. It is partially the victims fault for staying, but it is hard to see it with that kind of clarity when you're in the situation. This is especially true when it's just emotional abuse. Once things escalate to physical abuse then I can't really see why anyone would stay. I am now super red pilled, partially due to my latest relationship (which also happened to end with me being assaulted). That seems to be the consensus :/ I'm going to be just fine without them understanding but I was hoping there was someone that has had experience in getting their loved ones to understand. Hopefully the men of the future have none of these issues
