I started nofap years ago. At the start, the energy was outrageous. As years went on and I started stabilizing and hitting higher streaks, high energy and focus became my normal. It may not work for every man, but it sure as hell worked for me. I suggest giving it a try. P.S., your balls will hurt a lot in the beginning.

I've gone 130 days without busting. It helped me focus and took a load off me mentally because I too feel bad or ashamed watching porn. I'm still practicing retention and it still helps, but it took years before I found some stability (not relapsing constantly). Might be different for you tho.

Yeah he definitely followed a messed up ideology for twelve years of his life. But he understood the error of his ways and he eventually came around. He embraced the idea of brotherhood in Islam, and how skin colour should not divide us, a contrast to what he was preaching when he followed Elijah Muhammad.

Dude my bros and I would buy each other gifts on our birthdays. They got me an Xbox One controller in 2017. I still use it. That's brotherhood man. We eventually grew out of it but the point is, we look out for each other.

I've been reading Attack on Titan. The story is absolutely insane right about now. I also read weekly One Piece, caught up to that, too. I watched Kuroko's Basketball and Demon Slayer over the summer. Both really good shows.
