It's not her ignorance when sending it that protects her in any way. Him misleading her and keeping the money after he's made aware that she didn't intend to send it to him is what makes it illegal. At that point the money is basically considered to be stolen under Swedish law.

She didn't intend to send him money and was tricked into doing so. Here in Sweden that would be 100% illegal and I'm pretty sure it would be in many other countries as well. The fact that she's a moron who can't read is totally irrelevant from the fact that the guy still tricked her into sending money.
