I thought about it but then I decided to not even give them the satisfaction. If one of them brings it up I'm going to act super nonchalant about it because I don't want them to know that I care in the slightest. I don't want to give them power over me, ya know? Or I guess let them know they had some power over me in the first place. Next time their birthdays come around they aren't getting a damn thing from me, though. Fool me once...

I really thought they were but I think maybe I was being naive. I just feel like when I've worked with women even if we weren't super close we've always cared about birthdays. This is my first time working with all men and the first time no one has ever done anything so that's why I feel like there's a correlation there. But hey maybe it's a little from Column A a little from Column B, ya know?

I totally get that. I used to work with all women and we always made a big deal out of each other's birthdays so I just kinda thought it was something cokorkers did for each other to be nice but thanks to these LVM I know that is not the case!
