She might not be able to join in at your level of experience in all your hobbies, and vice versa, but that doesn’t mean a partner can’t support and enjoy watching or hearing about your hobbies. That’s valuable sharing of a sort, like sharing with your mates. Not all of them do the exact same hobbies as you or if they do, to the same level. 1	The wall is poetic. Um, I’m a woman and I would love to do the dirt biking/ cold beer / decent movie over ikea any day. Not all women are as you fearfully describe - I would absolutely love to encourage hobbies, join in when I can, rather that than watch my man feel less of himself because of a relationship.
