Abortion laws limit women? In what way? If a man is raped even if he is underage and is assaulted by an adult woman he has to pay child support. This means that lack of consent to sex still equates to consent to parenthood. So the lack of abortion for women makes this equal for both sexes. It’s the definition of gender equality

After my inital court date in march i had to do an interview with probation, they are recommending a suspended sentence with unpaid work and an anger course but if the courts decide a custodial then could be up to a year because there are multiple charges such as using violence to attempt to enter property, assault etc. All of which cctv proves didnt even happen. Its so soul destroying to have all this evidence yet have the courts say it doesnt prove anything

Under Uk law where i live no men cant be raped only sexually assaulted. Our definition for rape is defined by a penis causing penetration so a man can only be raped by another man.
