If tipping is optional how would someone freeload? Certain businesses expect you to tip. Certain employees (servers) expect to get a tip. The whole business model is based on an expectation of a tip. Almost all soy is GMO. Most corn fed to animals is GMO, but actually, much of the corn in people food is not GMO (I think it's around 25%, but I'm too lazy to look it up right now). No wheat is GMO, but almost all wheat is heavily treated with herbicides. I say avoid them all in all their forms.

Soy has a massive amount of omega 6 polyunsaturated fats. That is the type of fat you want to avoid. And yes, most meat is fed soy - so buy grass fed meat. If you're eating chicken or pig, it's quite difficult to find properly pastured typed of these meats for sale, so even if it's organic, it will mostly likely have been fed soy. Do your research.

Calories in calories out is oversimplified and often wrong, and this is coming from someone who has never been even slightly overweight. If you take in less calories, your body will start putting out less calories.
