That's only one of the many reasons. Another would be that men work in higher paying jobs like engineering while women tend to work in jobs like teaching. Men also ask for higher salaries and argue more. There are also much more men that want power that's, again, another reason why there are less women in higher positions. I don't know why you get downvoted, you are right. In the past, women didn't have the opportunity to achieve things but that was decades ago.
