First thing that should be done is ban dating apps, they create incels. Second legalize and somewhat encourage prostitution. Third encourage people to not be on the internet all of the time and to get out and meet people after the pandemic of course. There needs a way for them to get laid. So legalizing and regulating prostitution might be a way to do that so that the black market doesn't take advantage where more people get harmed. It is like prohibition or the war on drugs. Unfortunately incels usually don't buy prostitutes.
