The show follows Draper primarily, and not Roger. We see Draper at his darkest and deepest, allowing the the women at home to see that. We don't see the same for the S in SC & P. Although, in general, yes. Beta traits are needed. Balance is key.

I can't say too much, except that I'm involved in that area of research and specifically look at emotion and how it affects decisions. Still, a refresher never hurts. I'm more interested in how to convert these theoretical notions into tangible steps to inject satisfaction into my workplace experience.

I understand the theory of "why" this is like this, shit tests, pressure flips etc. and I've read the article you've posted.
