I agree that understanding the basics of anything you do in real life. I find it amazing that a manual transmission today is basically a security system: so many thieves don’t know how to even operate one so they can’t steal your car. It definitely helps SMV if the curtain you have isn’t a curtain at all. I’ve seen and helped many grown up beta brothers stranded calling their dads to pick them up because they can’t change a flat. I have AAA for some serious situations where I can’t remedy my car…

The way I took it is that someone shouldn’t make government assistance their only way of hailing resources, so that if it’s cut off, you’re left to rot. As what was said by another poster, over thinking can be a bad thing too, which I believe can be a sign of low T. T can calm (or add a filter to) the part the brain that goes a bit haywire causing people to over think. I believe the people that abuse T become total assholes because there is too much of a brake on th…

I don’t think many are. I am not 100%. I think it’s just an idea that, if thought of when these situations come up, will bring you greater peace over time. Just like with weight lifting, stressing yourself a little more each time a situation comes up will bring you greater strength over the long haul. I’m nowhere near perfect with this but it’s an idea I strive for. It has been many years since I was exposed to that idea. I thought that just reading about it would change my mind suddenly but I q…

When the length of a relationship is brought up within the context of a relationship being saved, I think of one thing: sunk cost fallacy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
