While, I'm still fixing my diet at this moment, I have bought a crock pot, just because the convenience of cooking healthy meals, if you can get a blender and a rice cooker, you can cook a lot of healthy foods through those 3. As far as what I'm eating, just sticking to healthier foods, and cutting out all the other crap. I don't have exact measurements for everything.

Brother, bushcraft is the way to go. Cheap to get into and if you want you can definitely get heavy into and go down a rabbit hole. Lots of things to learn in the field and very easy to do by your self. You can also add things to it. Like canoeing, fishing, hunting, etc. Second, isolation is imo a great way to solve problems and create things. Not many people understand that.

Society would collapse, Trucking makes deliveries every 3 to 5 days, without them, no food. Oil, gas and construction? How would we keep the oil flowing, and the cars moving?
