Really appreciate this post. It really irritates me when people say shit like "Never buy a girl a drink" or "Never do something for a girl you wouldn't do for a guy." While by no means should you be bending over backwards at every opportunity in the name of chivalry, like everything in life, there is a "just right" combination of the type of "game" taught by PUA's and what I would call "normal" flirting (only a Sith Lord deals in absolutes).

This is a problem that I have too, and the textbook answer is kino escalation and having a sexual tone. It's a cliche, but you hear it from bitchy white girls, not dudes. Using it ironically in the context of me being a bitch is kind of flipping the script. It fits my personality/frame, and just like everything in pickup that's what it's all about at the end of the day.

Personally, drinking used to be kind of a defense mechanism for me. Whenever there was a pause in conversation that made me feel uncomfortable I would take a drink. When you have a taste for stiff mixed drinks this can add up quickly. Now, instead of drinking during pauses in conversation I hold eye contact. Much better results.

The PUA Mystery called this the freeze out, but instead of shutting her down for a day, he would instantly shut down and go back to what they were doing before (movie, whatever). Then he would try to escalate again later and the LMR wouldn't be there. If she called him out on it he would say "hearing someone say no is a big turnoff for me, that's a good thing isn't it?" Wouldn't that kind of approach be better than kicking them out for a night?
