Oh I do that's why I am here. My point is just that if women can reject inexperienced men then men can reject "experienced" women as well. But the latter will get you lynched in today's day and age, that my friend is the textbook definition of a double standard.

It's a self reinforcing cycle. Tall people are assumed to have leadership potential so they get opportunities to lead earlier and thus develop more leadership skills which makes them even more suited for these positions. This is the reason for the numbers in these studies imo
