That's a question only you can answer. Seduction and attraction is pretty much the hardest part. The meat of a relationship is much easier, but it will vary so much what is and isn't appropriate from person to person. It's a great book I love it so much. The only problem is sometimes it's a hard recommendation for people that aren't used to that sort of writing. It is negative in some ways, which I ok with me, but to some people I've given a copy to they really couldn't click with it.

Honestly it's one of my favorite books of all time. David Goggins is probably the toughest motherfucker you can imagine. I don't think it's necessary to read to develop yourself for this subreddit's purposes...but I would highly recommend it overall as a book on mental toughness.

"No More Mr. Nice Guy" is an incredible book. A lot of what Mark Manson wrote in "Models" is also in No More Mr. Nice Guy. It's always good to read a well rounded amount, because our brains learn something from each book that paints the bigger picture. When you read the same or similar things over and over, such as being responsible for taking care of your needs first, then you know what's being written is likely accurate.
