Please just cut your hair. Your long metalhead/band hair is likely a huge turn off and keeping women away. If you want to be as attractive as possible and get women, cut it short. Unless you're in the 5% of men that take the time to use fancy hair products, straighten your hair every day, and everything else that comes with hair care, cut it. Yeah, that's bullshit. There are certain crazy women just like there are crazy men. I'm a woman and I don't care how mad I got at someone, I have enough common decency to NOT file a false charge against someone. There are crazies who do this but there are some in both sexes. There are still quotas and numbers but it's illegal so they're not supposed to so they do it secretly now. I live in Mass and a few months ago it was leaked to the news when one local police department sent emails to their officers telling them they needed to arrest more people and fill out more tickets for that month and certain officers then forwarded those emails to the news station. So even though quotas are technically illegal, it's still common.

Most of my jobs have been in IT or before that electronics retail so I've had far more male managers or bosses than female but the female bosses that I have had were fine. I've also worked closely with 90% men, again, due to it being tech. I've had a few male bosses that were complete assholes. I don't think gender had anything to do with their ability to with their ability to manage.

We already have this in the US. Things owned before marriage stay with each person and things purchased during marriage are typically split in half during a divorce. The only thing that isn't split when received during marriage is inheritence.
