I’m speechless, I understand teaching kids about history and racism and how that has affected many parts of our lives, but in math, something that for the most part will stay unchanged at a entrance level for the rest of our current fundamental understanding of it. You don’t need to teach kids about how math is somehow being appropriated by the west when 17 year olds in California don’t know math that is using math for 9th graders where I’m from
