I was interviewing for a new job with a well respected company, and I did get hired, but they schedule an extra call just for that and it took an extra couple days to get my offer letter. Arrests are on record, idk what else to say about it.

Actually since it wasn’t a conviction it fell off my record after 7 years. Doesn’t matter tho, I’m my own boss now From criminal to business owner :)

Even if she’s in a state like that there are so many workarounds to that law, for example: The employer gets your background check and sees you went to jail for false rape accusations. “She had a gap in her resume which makes me question her commitment to work, let’s hire the other woman” Boom, she “wasn’t” picked over because of her criminal record, she was picked over because the other person had a better employment history.

Good luck explaining that to any employer, who will absolutely know about this. She's fucked. I was arrested (not convicted) of the pettiest of all crimes and almost lost a job over it 5 years later.

I’ve battled crippling anxiety my entire life, I’ve described it in many ways, but the earliest I can recall is when I was just 8-9 years old and relating it to a large rock on my chest, suspended by a very thing string that might break. I only realized last year that I’ve always had anxiety. I’m 26. I cried “like a girl” :(

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
