(AKA why olympic weightlifting is the greatest sport on earth)Completely fine to do them on your off days but ONLY if you are getting enough rest to allow it AND if you feel that your body can handle the extra work. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/01/16 02:49 PM |
| 1 | Why YOU should give olympic weightlifting a shot, if you want to be the most masculine, rock hard version of yourself. (AKA why olympic weightlifting is the greatest sport on earth)Power cleans will be your best bet. In order to increase your vertical jump you need to be more explosive. The more power you have (the faster you can move your body weight) the higher you will be able to jump. . And OP is wrong about the "typically vertical jump isn't increased by weight lifting" yes you can increase you vertical without lifting but only because you're working on explosiveness (increasing power) Olympic lifts are absolutely the best exercise for increasing power. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/01/16 06:46 AM |
