0	So this is what the Feminists at my school are up to If the club receives funding through the school, and the school receives funding from the government, then wouldn't the club therefore receive funding from the government? 2	Tim McGraw slaps a woman after she hits his groin area. Why is everyone asking if it's justified? She sexually and physically assaulted him. He has a right to defend himself doesn't he? I probably did a terrible job of showing it, but i was trying to point out the discrimination against men in the legal system. So in general a Man (whether it is fair or not) would probably stand a better chance in court, if I were to back down from a situation and retreat. I agree with you. I believe that in any other situation this would be justified. But the fact that he had security, and could easily walk away with no threat of further contact from that individual would lead to a legal gray area. He has a right to defend himself doesn't he? probably going to get down voted for this but, you are right. self defense statutes exist to allow people to defend themselves in immediate life/health danger situations, to retaliate with equal or lesser force than what was done to them. Technically they both could be arrested for different forms of battery, because she hit him, but his retaliation was not in fear of an immediate life/safety danger. In order for equality to prevail, then the law must reflect these situations in an equal manner.…	/r/MensRights	18/07/14 02:42 PM
