Trying to make sense of it..its an almost impossible task. I suggest to drink less and do other healthy things more. Practice mindfulness. Read something meaningful. Love and kindness by Sharon Salzberg helped me a lot. Hope it helps you too.

They do, but men are not necessarily the best at communicating the level of emotions theyre experiencing. Reach out to your friends, lean on them, talk and work through it.
