1	June 02 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread Good: Went to the gym 5 times. Did intense cardio and light weights (15 to 20 reps). Reducing my intake of food. Skipping breakfast (not the most important meal if the day btw). Am cutting back on monsters and drinking lots of water. Bad: Ate 2 corn dogs. 1 day i only ate once, and very little.
