3	Confidence. The military and seddit. A leader shouldn't have to assert his Alpha status. People know who their leader is. If they are competent then the soldiers will see that and help you lead. It's all the shitty leaders who assert dominance because they can't control their soldiers properly. I see it all the time in my platoon. Now, I'm not calling you a shitty leader.
