I think a lot of people have a preconceived notion that you have to lift weights and go to the gym to sculpt your body. This couldn't be further from the truth. Quite frankly read the book convict conditioning. How many dudes at the gym can do a one legged squat? How many dudes can do a one arm pullup? handstand pushup?
