No, it absolutely dosen't. I am in full agreement. However, one should absolutely do everything to prevent an attack from someone like that. I've changed locks after having a perfectly amicable split from a completely sane person. I kind of always thought that is just what people did.
If you have a psychopathic ex who has constantly trained for years to beat the living shit out of people, you might want to at least have the locks changed.
