Most people will benefit despite not having the 10/10 perfect routine to the millimeter. Lifting is not complicated, lift heavy eat surplus and you will grow in size and muscle. Go into deficit to try and lose fat and always keep high protein intake to build more muscle and save more when cutting.

Always question if your routine could be improved and tweaked. Yes but avoid fuckarounditis. Following a consistent but not perfect routine is better than changing routine every week.

Even If women disliked it I would still lift. Everything it does and can do for a person outside of getting laid is worth it.

I have been at university for 1 year now and I swear 75% of girls are vegan and left leaning. Am I surrounded by crazy people?

"It is not fair in any way" Im not arguing that it is a SPORT. But since when do it has to be fair to be considered a SPORT? You think basketball where you have to be tall is fair?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
